This year&#8217;s virtual program,&nbsp;<em>Connecting Evidence, Practice, and Community<\/em>, brings together three dynamic speakers to explore the issues shaping lactation care today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laurel Wilson, IBCLC, RLC, INHC, BSc, CLSP, opens with &#8220;TikTok Times,&#8221; a look at how social media influences parents during pregnancy and lactation. Melissa Cole, MS, IBCLC, PMH-C, follows with &#8220;Critical Thinking: Herbal Options in Lactation Care.&#8221; The day closes with Jennifer Day, IBCLC, presenting &#8220;Reclaiming the First Food: Confronting Social Injustices in Breastfeeding and Human Milk Feeding.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The conference offers 4.5 L CERPs, and nursing contact hours have been submitted to the New Jersey State Nurses Association for approval.
